Upon paying the invoice you agree to these terms.

• Payments
After discussing and agreeing on a commission I will send a PayPal invoice to your email that states the details of the commission. Payments are taken upfront. Work starts after payment is received. If the invoice is not paid within 24 hours your slot may be given to someone else.

• Work in progress (WIPs)
I'll send WIPs to each step of the art (sketch, lineart, colors) for you approval. If you don't want to do it or want more WIPs, let me know at the beggining of the work. You can't ask for changes for things you have approved before.

• Cancel and refunds
I don't offer refunds after the work is started. If the art is not started yet I can refund it, but be aware that once it's paid I will start making it asap, so please be sure of what you want before you pay for it! I also reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if needed for health reasons or bad client behaviors.

• License and copyright
You are welcomed to crop and use the artwork in any way you see fit and post it on any platform. Credit is very appreciated but not required. I as the artist reserve the rights to the artwork as well.
When buying a commission by default the artwork you receive is for personal, non-commercial use. If you plan to re-sell the artwork (for things such as merchandise) please let me know beforehand and we can discuss commercial licensing.

I do not allow my artwork to be used in association with: NFTs (non fungible tokens) or blockchain technology; AI (artificial intellingence) art databases.
